We are looking for the specific core competencies of a Customer Success Manager on our team in our office located in Aarhus.

We are growing fast with a lot of new customers every month, and to be able to keep the focus on every customer we now need a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager your focus will be on making sure that our customers receive the most support needed to get the best possible return on their investment in PriceShape. Your mission is to have an in-depth understanding of your customer’s needs and ambitions within pricing. Further, your role is to continuously assist your customers in using all the features in PriceShape’s platform.
In this role, you and your colleague will work closely within our team, and you will also have a close collaboration with your sales and marketing team. You will report to our CEO.

To succeed in the role of our Customer Success Manager at PriceShape, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:

To be able to succeed in the role of Customer Success Manager you need to be service-minded, exceed the customers’ expectations by being customer-centric and being communicative. In this role you must be solution-oriented, you must have the ability to break down problems, do an analysis and take actions to prevent problems and find the best solution. Further on we believe that you are self-reliant and work independently, e.g. choose work methods and make necessary decisions to drive work forward. In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will be assigned several customers that you are responsible for. You plan and organize your work effectively, follow up and reprioritize efficiently. Last but not least we need a person that is driven by taking initiatives and comes up with new efficient ways of working. We want you to be a part of building up and PriceShape.
