As a Customer Success Manager at PriceShape, you will be part of an innovative, agile, and fast-growing team. Founded in 2017, today, PriceShape is recognized as one of Europe’s leading pricing tools that deliver dynamic pricing, competitor monitoring, and e-commerce market transparency. Right now, we are looking for a new team member who can help lift our ambitions to become Europe’s most value-creating pricing tool.

With our increasing growth over the past three years, PriceShape today has more than 140 customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands, and Germany. Therefore, we need the right colleague who can ensure a value-creating customer journey that both develops and optimizes the customer and their processes around the use of PriceShape.

Our goal is for all our customers to achieve the greatest possible ROI by using PriceShape. Therefore, you will have the function of connecting the customer and our tech team. At the same time, you advise and strive for the common goal you and the customer define through our onboarding process.

You will be part of our Customer Success team that works closely with our sales and marketing team, where you will refer to our Head of Customer Success, Nicolaj Lund.


  • Onboarding new customers: going through PriceShape’s onboarding program with new customers, including optimizing and determining a common goal for individual customers and their use of PriceShape.
  • Ensure that customers experience their desired results: a dedicated customer-centric approach to our customers. Your job is to be our customers’ extended arm in PriceShape. And thus also create a follow-up on the results that we, together with the customer, create through PriceShape.
  • Management and responsibility for your customer portfolio: improving and further developing your own customer portfolio, synthesizing feedback, and establishing partnerships.
  • Commercial development of the individual customer: gathering customer insights and a general understanding of your customers’ business, which can be useful for expansion and additional sales opportunities based on the close dialogue, NPS, and product use.


To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at PriceShape, we expect you to meet at least the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience from a position with customer contact and/or a relationship-building consulting role
  • Experience in transforming data into profit
  • A university degree is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Fluent in Danish and English both in writing and in speech

It is a bonus but not a requirement if you have:

  • Previous experience working in HubSpot or another relevant system
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Experience working in a growing start-up or a scale-up environment
