Customer Support

As a Customer Support at PriceShape, you will be part of an innovative, agile, and fast-growing team. Founded in 2017, PriceShape is today recognized as one of Europe’s leading pricing tools providing Dynamic Pricing, competitor monitoring, and e-commerce transparency. With our increasing growth over the past 3 years, today PriceShape has customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, UK, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands, and Germany.

That is why we need you to ensure that customers receive good support and service. You will be a part of the technical setup of the customer’s account in PriceShape from start to finish and will take part in everything in terms of technical support and questions that customers might have after the account creation. In addition to this, you will be part of the development and maintenance of how-to video material and guides, which will be part of our help center.

As part of our technical support team, you will work closely with our sales and Customer Success department.


  • Ensure that customers receive good support and service: Your task is to ensure that our customers’ questions and inquiries are taken care of, this can be done over the phone, email, and chat. Moreover, you will also help with the setup of external systems, so you must be ready to gain new knowledge to help customers in the best way possible.
  • Setting up PriceShape: Part of your tasks will also be to set up PriceShape accounts together with the seller, the customer, and often the customer’s agencies.
  • Help center maintenance: We are developing a help center for customer self-service, where customers can find how-to videos and guides as needed. Here you will be part of the development and maintenance, so that customers are guaranteed the right help.


  • You have the desire and natural flair to give our customers a fantastic experience through dedicated customer service.
  • You are good at taking initiative and courage to act on your own ideas that you believe can develop and optimize our customers’ experience with PriceShape.
  • It is a great advantage if you are technically equipped with a digital mindset and have previously worked in either a SaaS or start-up business.

To succeed as Customer Support at PriceShape, we expect you to meet the following qualifications as a minimum:

  • Experience from similar position in Customer Support
  • Technical understanding and courage to learn new things to meet customer needs

It’s a bonus but not a requirement if you have:

  • Experience with e-commerce will be a great advantage
  • Worked previously with HubSpot and Intercom or another relevant system
  • Experience working in a growing start-up or in a scale-up environment
