How much does PriceShape cost?
Our pricing starts at €599 per month. The final cost depends on the number of products you wish to track within PriceShape and the markets you’re operating in. You can always request a price that suits your needs, and then our product specialist will return with the best offer.
How does PriceShape's customer support work?
If you are a PriceShape customer or on a trial, you can contact support directly in the platform via chat. Our support team is available Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30 CET. Typical response time is 3-4 minutes during opening hours.
You can also get help from James, our very capable AI chatbot, available 24/7, as well as our Help Centre with guides and articles.

What does the free demo with my products, competitors, and setup include?
A free demo includes setting up an account with either your own products from your product feed or a setup based on our findings on your domain.* From there, we can showcase your competitive landscape with real-time data and demonstrate the amazing features you can work with on the PriceShape Platform. If you’re interested, we’ll then provide you with access so you can try out the platform yourself.
